'Regeneration' was a self-initiated brief that I completed in my final year at Manchester School of Art. The inspiration for my work came from the constant change in architecture I had witnessed over the three years I had lived in Manchester. I wanted to use the shapes within the buildings, as well as the structure of the buildings themselves, to encourage a fusion of old and new to create 'one-off' throw and cushion designs.
